ECOSOLIDAR’S 40TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION AND WORLD CAFÉ
EcoSolidar is celebrating 40 years of solidarity in development cooperation.
Since 1986, EcoSolidar has been committed to working in partnership with local organisations. At the heart of our work are long-term relationships with partners in Asia, Latin America and Africa.
To mark this anniversary, we are delighted to welcome five project partners from Peru, Cambodia, Malawi and India to Switzerland. Their visit is part of a study and networking tour, creating opportunities for personal exchange, shared learning and new perspectives.
At the anniversary celebration, our guests will share insights into their work: from the Pukllasunchis radio project with Indigenous children in Peru, to sustainable agriculture with the Bunong communities by CIFA in Cambodia, permaculture school gardens by ASUD in Malawi, and the empowerment of survivors of gender-based violence through SIEDS in India. During the World Café, you will have the opportunity to meet our partners in person, ask questions and engage in direct conversations. In small rotating groups, there will be plenty of space for exchange and meaningful encounters. Afterwards, we invite you to end the evening together at the dance party.
